Think Tank, Inc. works with small grass root, government, corporate, church and community based non-profits to assist in strategic planning, board development, grant writing, training and professional development.

 Bridges Out of Poverty1
Think Tank is a Regional Licensed Provider of Bridges Out of Poverty in Southwest Ohio.  If you are looking to counter poverty or its impact on people and businesses in your community, Bridges Out of Poverty solutions give you the structures, ideas, and concrete tools a community needs to prevent, reduce, and alleviate poverty. Bridges Out of Poverty is a book and an approach that helps employers, community organizations, social-service agencies, and individuals address poverty in a comprehensive way. People from all economic classes come together to improve job retention rates, build resources, improve outcomes, and support those who are moving out of poverty. For more information on how to attend Bridges or Host a Bridges Training, contact Marlo Fox at at marlo@thinktank-inc.org. Clark County & Dayton Circles Campaigns Circles 
Three high impact initiatives that empower people to permanently transition out of poverty, while simultaneously changing a community’s mind-set, policies, and approach to this significant social problem. It helps stabilize a family’s situation so that the members can focus on building reason, relationships, and the resources to thrive.The National Circles® Campaign currently has 70 member communities across 23 states and growing. The mission of the Circles® Campaign is to empower people from every economic class to solve poverty in their communities through individual transformation and community change.

Springfield Promise Neighborhood 
A community collaborative that exists to build Springfield/Clark County as a community that does everything possible to ensure ALL of its children are school ready by kindergarten and college/career ready at graduation. The initial phase of this project will focus on student achievement in the Lincoln neighborhood in partnership with Lincoln School.

Reentry Circles of Dayton 
Think Tank is the lead organization for a demonstration project in Montgomery County to build a relationship focused model for those reentering the community. Think Tank is in partnership with Dayton Correctional Institution, Montgomery County Ex-offender Taskforce and Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. Working directly with ex-offenders to build the model and partnership across systems in Dayton has been critical to the early success of the demonstration project.
